The Director of Course Material Programs is an exempt role reporting to the VP of Finance. This role plans and oversees ongoing programmatic excellence that aligns with the company's mission. Heads the development and execution of a detailed program strategy. Drives initiatives and fosters continuous improvement of existing programs by leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to optimize program performance. Collaborates across multiple departments and stakeholders, including Marketing, E-commerce, IT, and Finance, and coordinates progress toward program objectives by maintaining effective communication at all levels. Champions the Co-op's affordability mission by owning progress measurement and ensuring program visibility reaches students, faculty, and the University community.
